Duncan Gotobed is an innovative learning designer and facilitator who has a keen interest in psychology. With more than 12 years experience as a CIPD qualified human resource development professional, Duncan has a particular interest in combining a designer’s sensibility with creative problem-solving techniques to meet learners’ needs in a technologically and commercially savvy way. He has recently pioneered the use of a ‘magazine style’ format for the training materials of one of the UK's leading training providers. This has provided learners with an engaging and easily accessible source of information, delivered new marketing opportunities and cost savings to the business.
